Resources Quarterly, Summer 2014

Great Slave Lake The Summer 2014 edition of Resources Quarterly is now online and you are invited to have a look.  This issue includes two very special focuses.

The first is a look at Forestry in New Brunswick, where the provincial government has recently unveiled its new forestry plan for the province’s woodlands.  Our focus includes an article by Paul Robichaud, the Minister of Natural Resources as well as one by the NB Forest Products Association.  In addition, we’ve produced a company profile on Twin Rivers Paper Co. who are in the midst of an expansion to their sawmill facilities in Plaster Rock.

Our second focus is on Northern Exploration.  We look at the Canadian territories and current issues related to mining and energy.  We are also pleased to feature editorial contributions from all three northern premiers.

In addition, the issue includes our international coverage, a look at the growing U.S. Solar industry and a special profile of the City of Grande Prairie, Alberta, which is still growing after 100 years.

We invite you to view the magazine at www.resourcesquarterly.com or directly by clicking here. If you wish to purchase a print copy, you can do so via our collections on MagCloud.

Thank you for joining us this summer.
